BDE course policies

The Ministry of Transportation mandates that all portions of this course be taken within 365 days of the first date of the course (including ALL in-car lessons). If you do not complete all in-car/online hours within 1 year, you will need to retake the entire course, including paying again for the course in order to be certified.

If the student will be going for their G1 following the online portion of the course, please be aware it is the student's responsibility to provide their license copy to the office in a timely manner (via email). If we do not receive the license, in-car lessons cannot begin.

Full payment is required at time of registration
There will be NO refunds issued once the student has been given access to the online course

Access to the online BDE program requires a stable internet connection of a minimum 20mbps speed

Students will be emailed a link to access the online system within 5 business days of registration AND payment in full.

Students will be required to provide instructors with a minimum of 24hours notice prior to a lesson if they wish to cancel the lesson. Failure to cancel a lesson with 24 hours notice could result in a $40 fee per hour of instruction paid to the instructor.
